UVA Wise to limit spectators for basketball this winter

The University of Virginia’s College at Wise announced Tuesday changes to their attendance policy for the upcoming basketball season due to the pandemic.

Athletic department officials are only allowing individuals placed on a student-athlete’s pass list into the games along with game-day workers and credentialed media. All attendees must wear a mask, according to the report.

The college will also stream games for free on the school’s athletics web site.
