Asheville Police: Johnson City man allegedly fired shot in Pizza Hut store over order dispute with manager
Asheville, NC Police have arrested a Johnson City man after they say he fired a shot into an area Pizza Hut Tuesday night.
Officers were called to the Pizza Hut on the Smokey Park Hwy just before 11 p.m where they found a suspect, identified as Scottie Ramsey, 42, who had allegedly fired a shot into the glass door of the business following a dispute with the manager over an order. Ramsey was arrested a short distance away and is charged with discharging a weapon into an occupied building, assault by pointing a gun, and injury to real property.
He is being held on a $50,000 bond in the Buncombe County Detention Center.
