Megan Boswell Back In Court…Seeking Change Of Venue

The mother who’s accused of murdering her two year old daughter, Evelyn Boswell in Sullivan County last year made another court appearance Thursday and is asking for additional time to review evidence. Megan Boswell, is accused of murdering her two year daughter Evelyn Boswell and was in court with her attorney Brad Sproles Thursday. Sproles says he’s in the process of filing for a change of venue.The Judge in the case granted Sproles’ request for a copy of the autopsy of the toddler, which will be given to Boswell who remains in the Sullivan County Detention Center. Her next court date has been set for January 22.
