Buchanan Co. VA Schools moving to virtual learning Thursday

School officials in Buchanan County, VA are moving classes back to virtual learning starting Thursday.

Superintendent Melanie Hibbitts made that announcement yesterday and confirmed that a staff member at Riverview Elementary/Middle School tested positive for COVID-19. Teachers will report to school as normal but students will be at home.

Meal deliveries for Buchanan County students will happen at 2:35 p.m.
