VU Poll: Far divide between Tennessee Republicans and Democrats on 2020 election results
A new Vanderbilt University Poll has revealed a sharp level of partisanship among Tennesseans on 2020 election results.
Over 1,000 residents participated in the poll from Nov. 18 to Dec. 8, and according to published results, 12% of surveyed Republican registered voters were confident the 2020 election results were counted fairly and accurately, while just 15% of surveyed Republicans believe Joe Biden is the legitimate election winner, while 70% of those surveyed thinks Biden is trying to steal the election.
Comparing that with surveyed Democrats, 95% believe Joe Biden is the legitimate winner, while 70% think President Trump is trying to steal the election.
