UPDATE: Second victim in Skyland Dr. shooting in Kingsport dies

The second victim in a fatal shooting in Kingsport on December 8 has died.

An update from officials says Charles Seaton, who had been hospitalized since the incident earlier this month on Skyland Dr., passed away from his injuries on Monday. Josephine Helmandollar was the other victim and died of her injuries the day the incident happened.

No arrests have been made in the case, which remains under investigation by Kingsport Police.
