Ballad Health: 6,200 team members have received first dose of COVID-19 vaccine

Ballad Health officials say around 6,200 team members have already received their first COVID-19 vaccine shot.

Chief Operating Officer Eric Deaton provided an update regarding vaccine distribution on Wednesday, reporting that the healthcare provider has already received 7,000 Pfizer vaccine doses and expects another 7,000 doses to be shipped, while they are also expecting a shipment of 2,300 doses of the Moderna vaccine.

Ballad says to this point they have not had any team members experience any serious side effects related to the vaccinations.
