Johnson City Juvenile Court Announces COVID-19 Procedures For January
The Tennessee Supreme Court is suspending in person court proceedings, except for certain types of cases, in all courts from through January 29 of 2021. To support that order, The Johnson City Juvenile Court is announcing COVID-19 procedures for the month of January. Among the steps being taken include, in person attendance for the emergency hearings is limited to parents and custodians. No child less than 14 years old will be admitted to the Johnson City Juvenile Court building during that period. Non Emergency cases for January, will be conducted through audio-visual conferencing.
