Blackburn, Hagerty To Vote To Oppose Election Results
When Congress gets together Wednesday to attempt to certify the Presidential election results, there will be several key Tennessee Senators who say they will vote to oppose the results of the 2020 election. United States Republican Senator Marsha Blackburn, and newly sworn in U.S. Republican Senator Bill Hagerty are calling for Congress to immediately appoint an Electoral Commission with full investigatory and fact finding authority and to conduct an emergency ten day audit of the election returns in the disputed states. Blackburn and Hagerty joined Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, who is leading a group of Republicans who say the will also oppose the election results when they reconvene in the Capitol on Wednesday.
