Mayor announces temporary closure of Greene County Courthouse Annex for deep cleaning
The Greene County Courthouse Annex has been closed for deep cleaning, Mayor Kevin Morrison has announced.
The move comes one week after Chancery Court and Clerk and Master office operations were shut down due to the volume of employees being treated for the coronavirus.
Those with the need for services such as vehicle tag renewal can use traditional mail or online methods. The Tennessee Supreme Court has already placed a limit on in-person court proceedings in the state due to the rise of the pandemic.
