Vaccine day for Hawkins County teachers and staff forces schedule change
Hawkins County Schools will adjust their schedule later this week to allow faculty and staff the opportunity to get protected against the COVID virus.
The system announced that all instruction this Friday will be conducted virtually to allow teachers and other workers time to receive their required second serum shot.
Students will be furnished with meals for pick-up that day and arrangements can be made by calling each school’s administrative offices.
