TDH reminding Tennesseans 70 and older to get vaccinated
State health officials in TN are reminding residents aged 70 and older that they eligible to get vaccinated for COVID-19.
TDH says around 300,000 Tennesseans in the 70-74 age group, while only approximately one in three in this group have been vaccinated.
TDH is partnering with the TN Commission on Aging and Disability and AARP for outreach efforts to elderly residents on how they can get vaccinated, and information on how to get registered for an appointment can be located on the state department of health website.
