Sullivan County extends mask mandate to March 31
Sullivan County has extended the locality’s mask mandate through the month of March.
On Friday, Mayor Richard Venable signed Executive Order 7, which will keep the face covering mandate in place until 11:59 p.m on March 31. The last mask mandate order was set to expire on Sunday.
Other localities like Carter, Unicoi, and Washington have allowed their face covering requirements to expire, but have face covering requests in effect.
