Jefferson County Sheriff: “Operation Heroin Highway” nets four arrests on narcotics charges
Four people are facing charges following a three month undercover drug operation in Jefferson County.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office along with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and White Pine Police executed two search warrants as part of “Operation Heroin Highway” revealing the individuals arrested to reportedly be dealing heroin and supplying it to other dealers.
Authorities recovered over 11 grams of heroin, firearms, and cash from both searches. Those arrested on a variety of different narcotics charges include the following:
William Orren III, 69, of Dandridge, TN charged with Possession of Schedule I (Heroin) for Resale
Morgan Ayers, 38, of White Pine, TN, charged with Possession of Schedule I (Heroin) for Resale and Unlawful possession of a weapon
Ronald Dalton, 37, of White Pine, TN, charged with Possession of Schedule I (Heroin) for Resale and Unlawful possession of a weapon
Randell Shrader, 40, of White Pine, TN, charged with Possession of Schedule I (Heroin) for Resale and Unlawful possession of a weapon
All four are being held in the Jefferson County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
