VHCC: Tuition and fees to be covered for students in 2021-22 academic year

All students attending Virginia Highlands Community College this upcoming school year will have their tuition and fees covered for the 2021 fall and 2022 spring semesters.

School officials say this includes students in Virginia and Tennessee who live within a 30-mile radius. Along with a return to in-person learning, tuition and fees will be covered up to 12 hours regardless of income as long as academic goals are met.

To qualify, students must have filed their FAFSA with VHCC and be enrolled in eligible classes by Aug. 1.
