Johnson City Man Charged With Aggravated Assault After Fight…One Injured

An 18 year old Johnson City man is jailed on aggravated assault charges after he allegedly assaulted a male victim on Tuesday. Police responded to the area of King Springs Road and Dave Buck Road in reference to an assault. Upon arrival officers discovered the victim sustained a concussion and a broken wrist after being involved in a fight with 18 year old Moziah McKinney. Officers obtained a warrant for McKinney on aggravated assault due to the injuries sustained to the victim. McKinney was located and arrested. He is being housed at the Washington County Tennessee Detention Center and is scheduled for arraignment on Wednesday in Washington County Tennessee Detention Center.
