Male inmate found unresponsive inside Bristol Virginia Jail dies later at hospital
The Bristol Virginia Police Department is reporting no foul play is suspected in the death of a jail inmate Tuesday afternoon.
A report from Sheriff David Maples office said the male prisoner was found unresponsive just after 2:30 and CPR was performed by staff and city medics.
The man was taken to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
