Motorcycle rider dies from injuries in Bristol, Tennessee crash

Bristol Tennessee police are asking for any eyewitnesses to come forward who might have seen the events leading up to a fatal motorcycle crash Tuesday afternoon.

A report from Chief Blaine Wade’s office said Jeffrey Allen Messer, 30, crashed on his motorcycle just before 2 pm at the intersection of Penrod Road and Ridgecrest Road—which is located in the vicinity of Full Gospel Fellowship Church.

First responders discovered Messer in an area of trees where he landed after the cycle left the roadway. He was later pronounced dead at an area hospital.
