Bristol Tennessee Police Chief Blaine Wade Set To Retire
Bristol Tennessee Police Chief Blaine Wade’s 37 year career in law enforcement is coming to an end as he is retiring in June. Chief Wade joined the Bristol Tennessee Police Force immediately following high school at the age of 18, becoming one of the youngest sworn officers in the state of Tennessee. Wade, who would later be promoted to captain has led the department since 2004 as its Police Chief. Chief Wade’s last day on the job is set for June 18th. The process for selecting Chief Wade’s successor has not yet gotten underway.
