City of Johnson City to reopen facilities, resume in-person meetings April 5
Johnson City is reopening most city facilities including resuming in-person meetings starting next Monday.
The city says anyone entering facilities will have to go through screening measures in addition to wearing a mask. City Manager Pete Peterson is encouraging as much limited in-person interaction as possible and for residents to conduct business by other means by phone, email, or online services.
