Mass vaccination event at Bristol Motor Speedway set for next week

The Sullivan County Regional Health Department has plans for a major three-day vaccination event next week and their goal is to get needles in the arms of 3,000 people each day.

The one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be made available to participants age 18 and older beginning Wednesday, April 14 at Bristol Motor Speedway from 9 am to 8 pm daily.

Appointments are preferred but not required. Guests do not need to arrive early with vaccines in full supply and parking on the shoulder of Highway 11-E will not be permitted.
