Routine Traffic Stop Leads To Felony Arrest And Drug Charges For Jonesborough Man

What would have been a routine traffic stop for a Jonesborough man turns into several felony charges for his transgressions. Johnson City Police initially pulled over 22 year old Brandon C. Fenner of Jonesborough for a light law violation but that’s when felony charges for Evading Arrest and introduction into a penal facility were added on after Fenner fled the stop in his vehicle on Maple Street before Officers lost sight while he traveled on Lafe Cox Drive. Fenner’s transgressions worsened when he tried to sneak drugs into the Washington County Tennessee Detention Center , where during the arrest Police found two baggies of white crystal thought to be methamphetamine on Fenner
