UPDATE: Missing Morristown man identified as victim found in burned vehicle in Mooresburg
Authorities have identified the person found dead in a burned vehicle in February in Mooresburg.
Hawkins County Sheriff Ronnie Lawson says the body of Clinton Lee Arnold, 31, of Morristown was found inside a burned Chevrolet Avalanche on Feb. 21 in a secluded area just off of Repass Road. Arnold had recently been reported missing from the Morristown area.
The cause of death is still being determined pending a full autopsy, and the investigation into Arnold’s death continues which involves the Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and the Morristown Police Department.
