Kingsport man among three arrested and charged with role in U.S. Capitol breach

A Kingsport, Tennessee was arrested earlier this week and named in a 12-count indictment related to the January domestic terrorist at the US Capitol.

Albuquerque Cosper Head, 41, is accused of assaulting Metro Police Department Officer Michael Fanone and is also facing several charges of civil disorder connected to the January 6 breach, according to the US Attorney’s Office. He was taken into custody on Wednesday.

More than 270 pro-Trump activists have been taken into custody following the FBI investigation.
