Lee County couple jailed on drug charges

A Lee County, Virginia couple is behind bars after they were found intoxicated at their home.

Deputies originally came to the home of Melanie and Scottie Bostic after reports of a domestic situation. Sheriff Gary Parsons reported both suspects were under the influence of narcotics.

Pieces of drug paraphernalia and 66 grams of cocaine were collected inside the home located in the Wallens Creek community of Duffield. Both are facing various drug charges and are being held in the SW Virginia Regional Jail.
