Police: Maryland fugitive used dead brother’s ID when questioned by officers

A Hanover, Pennsylvania man is jailed without bond in Jonesborough after police said he used his dead brother’s driver’s license as a form of ID.

Henry Laughman, 39, is charged with identity theft and being a fugitive from justice, according to Johnson City authorities who tracked Laughman down in the parking lot of Walmart on West Market Street Tuesday evening.

Washington County court records show Laughman was arrested in Johnson City in 2017 on another fugitive charge.
