Report says Hawkins County man tries to bite homeowner and howls like a dog while high on meth
A Hawkins County, Tennessee man is jailed after a deputy encountered him acting like a dog in his backyard.
An arrest report from Sheriff Ronnie Lawson’s office said the officer was sent to a home on Jackson Road in Rogersville just before midnight Wednesday after a caller at the residence said Matthew Robert Price, 36, was trying to bite them.
Price could be heard howling and barking by the deputy as he walked to the property. The officer wrote that Price continued his canine antics for several minutes but he did manage to have Price tell him that he had taken meth and Subutex.
Price was charged with one count of disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
