Johnson County man charged in CVS Pharmacy robbery attempt

A Johnson County, Tennessee man arrested over the weekend has already been transported to Washington County to face an aggravated robbery charge.

Eddie D. Dixon, 59, of Mountain City, was identified as the prime suspect in an incident that took place April 10th at CVS Pharmacy in the 800 block of West Market Street, according to investigators.

Police said that Dixon came into the facility and demanded drugs but fled the scene prior to officers arriving. He is being held on a $25,000 bond.
