Camp Creek Ruritan Club holding memorial service tonight for victims of 2011 tornadoes

A memorial service is scheduled for this evening to remember victims of the 2011 Greene County tornadoes.

The Horse Creek and Camp Creek tornadoes the night of April 27 both measured EF3 and took the lives of eight people while over 100 others were left with injuries along with numerous homes, businesses, and farms destroyed.

To honor those that perished, the Camp Creek Ruritan Club will hold their service tonight at 7 p.m. at 2999 Camp Creek Road.
