DEVELOPING: Endangered child alert issued by TBI for missing Carter County toddler

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an endangered child alert for a missing 1-year-old from Carter County.

Caelum Heaton was last seen on June 10. The child is 30 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. Authorities noted that there is no clothing description and no known direction of travel at this point.
