ENDANGERED CHILD ALERT: VSP searching for missing Richlands teen

The Virginia State Police issued an endangered child alert just after 11:30 Monday afternoon for a missing teenager from Richlands.

The agency said Lily Elizabeth Payne, 15, was last seen Sunday night at 11 pm on Grayson Avenue and could be traveling in a silver 2007 Chevrolet Impala with Virginia license plate 6524CJ.

The report said that Lily is considered to be in danger and her disappearance poses a credible threat to her health and safety.

Payne is 5 feet tall weighing 150 pounds with red hair and blue eyes.
