Johnson City Man Arrested On Numerous Traffic Violations…Leads To Additional Drug Charges

A Johnson City man is to be arraigned Monday after being stopped for a routine traffic violation for an unregistered vehicle. But that was just the beginning of the problems for Michael Duman. Following that traffic stop Duman was also charged with his fifth Driving on Suspended License, Unregistered Vehicle, Altering, Falsifying or Forging Auto Titles. Then, as Duman was placed under arrest, officers found a bag of unknown drugs along with paraphernalia. Duman was transported to the Washington County, Tennessee Detention Center and has a court appearance scheduled in Washington County General Sessions Court.
