Sheriff: Dungannon man sent nudes on social media to young victim

Scott County, Virginia investigators said a man who was in an advisory role as a coach has been arrested after they said he sent photos exposing himself to a young girl.

Sheriff Jeff Edds called James “Jimbo” Everette Stidham, Jr., 65, of Dungannon a child predator in the report. He is charged with 8 counts of using an electronic device with sexual intent to contact someone under the age of 18.

The parents of the child contacted investigators about Stidham’s messages and then allowed his offices to have access to the girl’s social media account.

Stidham reportedly continued the activity and was arrested when the officer set up a meeting with him at a local church in the Yuma community.
