Carter County authorities are searching for a missing Carter County woman and they are seeking the public’s assistance in locating her. 47 year old Patricia Clark has been missing for approximately two months. Ms Clark has blonde hair, and blue eyes. Currently there is no known clothing description available. Clark was last scene in the Mitchell County, North Carolina area.
