Investigators conduct search near Boone Lake for missing man
A piece of clothing is all that has been found in the search for a missing man in Washington County, Tennessee near Boone Lake.
Eyewitnesses told police that they heard a man in distress early Tuesday. He has been identified as 32-year-old David Schreck and his last known location was near the lake in the 300 block of Carroll Creek Road where Schreck’s abandoned vehicle was found.
County underwater investigation teams have been using sonar and drones in their efforts. Police are asking boaters to be alert when traveling on the waterway as the search continues.
