Man Arrested For Allegedly Failing To Complete Home Improvement Project

A Chuckey Tennessee man allegedly has some unfinished business to tend to, following his arrest on charges he failed to complete home improvement services totaling more than ten thousand dollars. 37 year old Juan Puente, of Burger Drive in Chuckey was arrested after an investigation of reported construction fraud that occurred in Johnson City beginning in October of 2020. The investigation revealed that Puente failed to complete the majority of the home renovations and failed to refund the victim. Mr. Puente was taken to the Washington County Tennessee Detention Center and has since been released on bond while his next court appearance is pending at this time.
