Record sales and profits for Virginia Lottery despite pandemic
Despite a pandemic, the Virginia Lottery announces Thursday record sales and profits for the state budget year ending on June 30th.
New online games and the continued strength of traditional lottery products sold at retail pushed the annual sales to nearly three point three billion dollars. That’s more than a 50 percent sales increase over the prior year.
