Virginia Could See Up To 530 Million Dollars From Nationwide Opioid Lawsuit Settlement
As localities in the region gear up for the opening of a multi billion dollar opioid lawsuit settlement case, the State’s Attorney General says the Commonwealth could see up to 530 million dollars from the settlement. Attorney General Mark Herring made the announcement as other attorneys general outlined key details of the proposed agreement that states and municipalities reached with the three biggest U.S. Drug distribution companies and drug maker Johnson and Johnson.
