ETSU, Walters State announce digital media partnership
East Tennessee State University and Walters State Community College announced a new partnership. Both schools offer digital media programs, and this week they announced an agreement that allows Walters State graduates in this major to transfer directly to ETSU’s program. Both schools’ programs focus on animation, game design, and visual effects. Students coming out of Walters State’s digital media program now have a direct line of transfer to ETSU’s undergraduate counterpart. Students that transfer will enter ETSU’s digital media program with advanced standing. This means less time and money spent on classes they have already taken and skills they already have.
