Trial of ‘killer clown’ suspect pushed to March 2022

The trial involving the infamous killer clown suspect from Southwest Virginia has been postponed yet again.

Attorneys for Shelia Keen Warren of Abingdon were granted a continuance and proceedings are now scheduled to begin in Palm Beach County, Florida on March 21.

Warren is accused of dressing as a clown then shooting Marlene Warren at her front door in 1990. Warren later moved to Kingsport where she married Marlene’s husband. The two operated a drive-thru restaurant for several years.
