Investigation continues into weekend shooting at East Tennessee tourist attraction
A preliminary investigation into a weekend shooting at an East Tennessee tourist attraction says a parking lot disagreement led to gunshots that left one person dead.
Sevierville police reported Kelsy Cook, 24, of Loudon, died from her wounds suffered in the incident that took place Saturday at Soaky Mountain Waterpark. Another woman suffered a non-life-threatening injury.
Sarah Romine, 31, of Knoxville, is charged with second-degree murder and multiple counts of aggravated assault.
