Johnson City Man Arrested For Disturbing Case Of Animal Cruelty
In a very disturbing story out of Johnson City, a Johnson City man is to be arraigned Monday on Aggravated Cruelty to Animals charges. Johnson City Police arrested Wesley Randal White of Willmar Street after a complainant advised police White had killed the dog and he saw White hanging the dog from a clothes rack. Officers searched the residence and did indeed locate the dog which was deceased. White is being held in lieu of a five thousand dollar bond. His arraignment is to be held in Washington County Tennessee General Sessions Court.
