One ejected, one extricated following crash on Kingsport’s John B Dennis Highway

Police said two drivers received major injuries following a crash Monday morning on South John B Dennis Highway in Kingsport.

Details from the preliminary investigation say, Edward T. Greene, 58, pulled his SUV into the path of another SUV driven by Alexis N. Faxon, 26.

Investigators said Greene was ejected from the vehicle while Faxon had to be extricated from her SUV. Police closed down a portion of the freeway to help the victims and complete a review of the wreck.
