Testing Site In Kingsport To Close, Testing Still Being Offered In Blountville

The COVID19 testing site located in Kingsport is closed effective Monday. That announcement comes from the Sullivan County Regional Health Department. Testing is still being offered at the Blountville Health Department, Monday through Friday, from nine am to three pm. And as that testing site closes, the COVID19 vaccine producer, Pfizer announces Monday, it’s COVID19 vaccine works for children ages five to eleven and that it is seeking U.S. Authorization for this age group soon…a key step toward beginning vaccinations for youngsters.
