Jonesborough’s Music on the Square holding fundraiser at last concert of the year

Music on the Square is a free live music series in downtown Jonesborough. This event happens every Friday night, May through September. Organizers say they strive to keep these concerts free to the public, and this is made possible by their annual fundraisers. The organization is holding a fundraiser event at this Friday’s concert. All proceeds from Friday’s activities will directly benefit Music on the Square’s future events. Activities include a silent auction where participants can win items such as a stay at one of Jonesborough’s historic hotels or a rafting and caving trip. This concert and fundraiser will be Music on the Square’s last event until next summer. It happens Friday at 5 PM in downtown Jonesborough.
