Mount Rogers Community Center awarded $5 million federal grant for mental health services

Mount Rogers Community Center for Mental Heath Services was awarded a five million dollar grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This grant will support mental health and substance abuse services at the center. Congressman Morgan Griffith issued a statement about the grant saying, “The importance of addressing mental health has become even more apparent during the coronavirus pandemic. This grant will help provide more resources and services for mental health in the ninth district.”
