Helping Heroes Fund established to support front-line hospital staff

Ballad Health has partnered with United Way and Region AHEAD to establish a Helping Heroes Fund. Organizers say that even a small gesture like donating meals, gift cards, or financial gifts goes a long way in showing appreciation for front line workers. This fund will support hospital staff of all sorts—such as doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and hospital custodial staff.
