Washington County, Virginia resident charged with 20 felonies following child protective service investigation

A Washington County, Virginia resident has been extradited back to Abingdon from Nashville following a child protective service investigation.

Larry William Slone will be arraigned in Juvenile Court on 20 felony counts related to the case that investigators said took place between March 2019 and August of this year.

Those felonies include incest, sexual abuse, aggravated sexual battery, and rape of a child under the age of 13.

Slone is being held without bond.
