Kingsport Parks and Recreation hosting “Pumpkin Hunt” next week

Kingsport Parks and Recreation invites the community to put their detective skills to the test in a city-wide pumpkin hunt. Each day from October 25th to the 28th, a pumpkin named Pete will travel to different parks in Kingsport to hide and wait for participants to find him. Kingsport Parks and Rec will post clues to their Facebook page each morning on where families can find Pete the Pumpkin. The first person to find Pete and send a picture of him to Parks and Recreation’s Facebook will win a special prize. Only one winner will be chosen each day, so families should start searching early after the clue is announced.
