Carter County Man Wanted For Attempted Murder Apprehended In North Carolina

With some help from Caldwell County, North Carolina law enforcement, Elijah Taylor, wanted in connection to a Carter County shooting that left one person seriously injured is in custody. Taylor was nabbed in Granite Falls, North Carolina Tuesday evening and is charged with two counts of attempted murder after a fight on Dave Buck Road where the victim sustained multiple gun shot wounds. Taylor awaits extradition back to Carter County to answer to his alleged transgressions.
